Welcome to Fábula, where my individualized approach to skincare and holistic nutritional counseling is based on the principles of Truth, Development and Beauty. I will demystify all the confusion about skincare products and focus on your unique skin conditions and concerns. I chose the word fábula because it means fairytale in Spanish—something that seems too good to be true. But once you embark on your personal journey of wellness at Fábula, you will create your own fabulous reality.

My approach is to address each client both externally and internally, in order to understand and evaluate the whole person. I take time to thoroughly review all the factors influencing your overall condition—including diet, lifestyle, stress and health history—and we discuss your goals. Using a mix of organic products, ancient remedies and advanced technology, I carefully create treatments calibrated to your specific needs. I have researched hundreds of product lines and use only those in which science and nature are harmoniously aligned. All of them reflect my commitment to cruelty-free products, and are also free of artificial preservatives and fragrance, sodium laurel sulfate, coloring and added parabens.

As the largest organ in the body, the skin is directly affected by what we ingest, as well as what we use topically. By removing or reducing toxins such as alcohol, cigarettes, refined sugar, processed flour, chemically infused junk food, artificial ingredients, colors, fragrance and preservatives, we can begin to bring balance and clarity back to our skin and bodies. With my holistic nutritional counseling, I can further guide you toward making healthy choices that enhance internal and external wellness.
